From the farm at the foot of the Shrine. Mountain of Peace is the 2026 harvest of Guadalupe Farms, formerly Finca San Juan Pablo II, the coffee farm that sits below the Mountain of Peace Shrine in Central America, on land consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
This is the coffee closest to our mission: grown, picked and dried by the families who work that land, then roasted to order to a full-bodied medium-dark level (Agtron 50) that brings out dark chocolate, caramelized sugar and a gentle spice.
Longtime customers: this is the coffee that took the place of our former Sumatra Mandheling.
