Coffee the way it was first made. Our Single Estate Natural comes from one Central American farm and is dried whole, in the cherry, on raised beds for three to six weeks. The fruit sugars migrate into the bean as it dries, and the result is a bold, sweet cup with unmistakable wine-like fruit.
A limited lot: once the harvest is gone, it is gone until next season.
